In today’s video I want to touch on how you can successfully manage a real estate business even during a housing market downturn or economic shift. I started out as a real estate agent in 2007...just in time for the famous housing market crash. However, I was able to figure out a way to not only be successful as a real estate agent, but how to build my own real estate team.

Through the years I’ve learned quite a lot about managing a team of real estate agents, even in a crisis, and I’d like to share those tips with you.
