The best way to start putting together a system is to look at profitability and make tweaks when it comes to lead sources. In order to know your numbers, you have to find out where your leads are coming from, how much you pay per lead, and which sources have the highest converting leads. This way, you can figure out whether your lead sources are the problem or if your conversions are too low.
