My recent guest, Chris Craddock, stressed the importance of a successful morning routine, and I couldn’t agree more. In fact, I can’t think of a single successful person who doesn’t have at least 2-3 hours of personal development time scheduled before they go into their business everyday. 

Without a solid, time-blocked morning regimen, we’ll never be able to generate enough energy to bring the best versions of ourselves to everything we do, let alone be a source of energy to our teams.
